1. Who we are
Locke & Graves Investigations is operated by Fredborg Interactive, c/o Kenneth Fredborg, Guldæble Have 5, 5210 Odense NV, Denmark. Contact us at kontakt@fredborg-interactive.com.
2. The service
The service is a fictional, interactive murder-mystery game. Case characters, evidence, and AI-generated replies are fictional entertainment. They are not factual advice, professional advice, or a substitute for human judgement.
3. Age and accounts
You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. Keep your password and invitation links confidential, and do not use another person’s account without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access data or systems without permission, upload unlawful content, or use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others. Do not submit personal, confidential, health, financial, or other sensitive information to the game’s AI features.
5. AI-assisted game play
Some character conversations, records searches, and case reviews use AI. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. See our AI & Data Use Notice for how these features work and what information is sent to the AI service.
6. Content and availability
We may update, suspend, or withdraw cases or features to maintain, secure, or improve the service. Unless mandatory law says otherwise, the service is provided as available and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free AI responses.
7. Intellectual property
Fredborg Interactive or its licensors own the service’s game content, artwork, branding, software, and materials. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for private gameplay. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except where mandatory law permits it.
8. Consumer rights and governing law
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Danish law applies, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides greater protection. If you have a concern, contact us first at the address above.
